In the preparation phase of the thermoplastic paint, our pre-heaters, which are designed to melt the paint for the application teams, can be equipped with LPG and burner heater systems. The paint, which melts in double-wall boilers that are coated with hot oil, can be transferred either by spiral pumps or by its own attraction. By means of the melted paint transferred from the preheaters to the boilers of the road marking truck, daily paint consumption is increased and application performance is directly affected. In thermoplastic paint applications, rather that being a great application tank, being a great pre-heater capacity is effected daily application performance. * Pre-heater can be manufactured according to the specifications required.
