Sandblasting is the abrasion and cleaning work done with high pressure air and sandblasting tank to remove corrosion, dirt, rust and old paints on the surfaces. Surfaces applied without sandblasting will be deformed rapidly due to the existing corrosion on both the image and the ground. These are units with automatic and manual usage options. The abrasive product is filled in a ratio of 3/2 up to a little below the cork lower shaft alignment. When the main air valve is opened, the cork closes the material inlet in an airtight manner. The air filled into the boiler pushes the corrosive product and allows it to pass through the valve. The application is made by spraying from the tip of the abrasive nozzle that passes through the valve that we can adjust the amount. 50/100/200/300 lt. tank capacity options are available. While choosing the compressor, the nozzle hole diameter to be used in the blasting boiler should be considered. Ex. 8 mm nozzle 5.5 m3 / min - 9.5 mm nozzle 8 m3 / min - 12 mm nozzle 12 m3 / min Automatic sandblasting: It is the most suitable system for ISG by integrating remote control and automatic trigger mechanism on the boiler.
